Description
ZJP-330 automatic inspection machine is a high-end automatic inspection solution that ZONTEN cooperates with BST company, mainly for QC of large label printing factories.
ZJP automatic inspection machine rewinding and unwinding is driven by Mitsubishi Japan servo, Germany SICK color tracking electric eye, BST Germany correction, almost all imported equipment guarantees the stable operation of the equipment. The detection system is provided by BST company tubescan, which can monitor the printing quality problems such as missing labels, dirty labels, and unstable color registration. The machine can be equipped with a slitting function, which can detect the label-slitting in one step, and also has forward/reverse rotation. Function, can directly eliminate invalid bids online.
