Description
Due to the popularity of digital printing, the ZMQ-370 semi rotary die cutting machine gradually replaced the traditional flat die cutting machine and was favored by customers.
ZMQ semi rotary die cutting machine features:
1) Unwinding with colsed-loop tension control, Electronic BST webguide with ultrasonic edge guide sensor
2) Die cutting station with independent Panasonic servo driver control, magnetic cylinder size in 152 Z, it can run in semi rotary and rotary two statues.
3) Slitting device with two rewinder shaft
4) Combinated function which can add semi rotary flexo unit ,it can achieve flexo uv varnish + semi rotary die cutting + slitting in one time.
5) Independeng electrical box control with Trio PLC, moverable touch screen control.
6) ZMQsemi rotary die cutting machine support remote control, any software issues, we can solve with laptop directly.
